Cat House Blues is breeding for the most beautiful best blue sphynx possible. Why? Because I fell in love with a kitten called Blueboy in the spring of 2005.

I was searching for a Devon Rex and began looking at Sphynx kittens because they seemed to possess even less hair and I thought that my feline allergies might be less provoked by a sphynx than any other breed.

There is lots of controversy about pet allergies; I'm a family physician - I know - but I also know that the companionship, responsibility, and love that can come from a relationship with an animal is so important for the growth and also comfort of a human, that it can just about trump those pesky allergies. And if you find an animal that has fewer allergy problems than others- go for it! But if you are looking for a lazy, distant, don't want anything to do with you cat- look at the cool pictures and go find another website, because a sphynx is not for you and certainly not one from CatHouseBlues.
