The seller guarantees that the kitten/cat will be good health at the time of purchase. It is recommended that the kitten/cat be thoroughly examined by a veterinarian within three days of time of purchase. If found to be medically deficient, the deficiency must be documented by the veterinarian in writing and the kitten/cat returned to the seller within the specified 72 hour period. The seller will not accept a kitten/cat for return in less than the 72 hour period if:

In the event that the seller makes a refund of the purchase costs of the kitten/cat, $50 holding fee will be withheld.

The seller is not responsible for veterinarian costs under any circumstances.

Before the seller will accept the kitten/cat for return, a veterinarian's statement regarding the health of any cat to which the kitten/cat has been exposed must be defect.

If the kitten/cat dies within six months of purchase as a direct result of a congenital defect, the seller will refund the purchase price minus $50 holding fee upon the buyer providing documentation as follows:

Present a veterinarian's certificate upon performance an appropriate necropsy (autopsy) performed by a qualified veterinarian stating the cause of death was as a direct result congenital defect.

The seller will have no responsibility regarding replacement or refund if the kitten/cat is vaccinated against FIP and cladmidia. Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the purchaser.

The purchaser agrees to have the kitten/cat spayed or neutered within 4 to 6 months of age and provide a copy of the receipt to seller by mail if the kitten/cat is sold as pet only. The purchaser agrees to provide proper facilities an immediate and competent medical care including immunizations. The purchaser agrees that the kitten/cat will NOT be allowed outdoors. Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shops, pet shelters, research laboratory or other facility. The kitten/cat will not be bred to any other sphinx or other breed of cat if it is sold as a PET only, therefore no registration papers will be given. If the purchaser at any time in the future decides to sell or place this kitten/cat, the seller must be given first option on said sale or adoption for the original purchase price. Should a dispute between the seller and purchaser ever result in litigation, such action may only be brought in Floyd County, Indiana with 6 months. (With exception of breach of contract or altering of kitten.)
